Casper
Casper is a 23 year old appendix quarter horse gelding that came to SHRC in January of 2021. He easily won all of our hearts with his own kind heart, sweet nature and willingness. He spent his younger days as a trail horse and 4H mount and is now learning dressage and hunters. Don't let his age fool you, he has a lot of pep in his step!
Mac
Mac is a 16 year old Arab/Morgan/Percheron cross (registered half-arabian!). Mac is for the rider that relishes in a challenge of a very well schooled dressage horse with a lot of buttons, but with a lot of personality. He is safe and fun, just can be like riding a wet noodle. When Mac isn't busy with dressage, he can be found practicing his water buffalo impression!
Chipotle
Chipotle, aka Chip, is a 20 year old registered quarter horse gelding. Gina has owned him his entire life and often calls him "baby horse". Chip is trained to 2nd level dressage and low level hunter/jumpers. He has many different trots, a fun canter and is a great horse for people of every riding level! He is the friendliest horse you'll ever meet, and everyone's favorite compadre.
Piper
Piper is a 12 year old quarter horse mare that has been a part of SHRC since the beginning. What she lacks in height she makes up for in athleticism. Boy can she JUMP! For that reason she is for advanced jumpers only, but anyone can ride her on the flat. She has a willing personality and a lot to teach!
Rebel
Rebel is an 8 year old registered Paint gelding who loves everyone he meets. He is a barn favorite and can't wait to meet you.
